SquashSquash is unique, it is fast, competitive, and provides an excellent workout. One hour of squash can burn up to 850 calories. To play squash at a competitive level you need to work on a combination of aerobic fitness, strength conditioning, flexibility and mental focus. TTSRC has 4 galleried squash courts and one glass backed show court, which are available to all our members 7 days a week. We welcome all ages, grades and fitness levels. Whether you are looking to play competitive inter-Auckland squash or simply looking to play socially, we would be happy to welcome you to play at the club. Squash club night is from 7pm on Thursdays throughout the year, however it gets more popular in the squash season (April - Sept) If you are thinking of playing squash with us you are welcome to come along to club night to play, meet some members and have a tour of the club before 7pm with the Secretary. |
