Tennis

The club has 4 floodlit Astroturf courts and runs a very active tennis membership for all standards of players.

Tennis clubnight is every Thursday from 7pm and runs throughout summer from early October until late March or April weather permitting.  All members or prospective members are welcome to come along, have a hit, and make use of the bar and catering facilities afterwards.  Non-members $10 and come along 3 times before you decide to join.  Coaching/drills and fitness on one court and 'mic & match' games on the other courts.  Every 20 minutes every changes around so this is a great opportunity to meet other members and to get a feel for the atmosphere at the club.

Whether you would like to play socially with friends, socially with other club members, hit balls with the kids or get into competitive tennis, the Titirangi Tennis Club welcomes you to take part and enjoy the benefits of joining a club.

The Titirangi Tennis Club takes part in the National Tennis Open Day and this turns out to be a great day for locals to come to the club, enjoy a hit, play with the kids, get back to tennis after many years away and to take part in some of the great activities that are organised in the community.  This is advertised through leaflet drops by club members (leaflets provided by Tennis NZ), in the Western Leader and in the Titirangi Tatler.  The tennis committee shows visitors around the club, provided rackets and balls for those wishing to try it out and the Secretary is available to meet and greet visitors and to go through the membership rates, coaching and court availability.
